As a Real Estate Cold Caller these are a few key tasks I'm responsible for:

  2. Making cold calls: Once I have identified potential leads, my next task will be to make cold calls to them. I have an excellent communication skills and be able to deliver a compelling pitch that encourages the lead to engage with the agent or company.

  3. Scheduling appointments: Once I have successfully engaged with a lead, my next task may be to schedule appointments for the agent or company to meet with them. I will need to be organized and able to manage the agent's calendar effectively.

  4. Following up with leads: Finally, I will need to follow up with leads to ensure that they are still interested in working with the agent or company. This may involve sending emails or making additional phone calls.
