Hello there! I'm Kevin John Vergara and I am a Real Estate Social Media Marketing Manager and a Virtual Assistant from the Philippines.
My love for Real Estate Sales and Marketing began when I entered the Real Estate Industry in 2018. I had always been fascinated by the idea of buying and selling properties, and the process of marketing and promoting them to potential buyers.

I obtained my license as a Real Estate Salesperson and started working for one of the largest real estate company here in The Philippines. I was immediately drawn to the marketing aspect of the job, and I started experimenting with different digital marketing strategies to help promote the properties I was selling. As I gained more experience in the industry, I realized that social media was becoming an increasingly important tool for Real Estate Sales and Marketing. I decided to specialize in this area and became a Real Estate Social Media Marketing Manager.

In my role as a Real Estate Social Media Marketing Manager, I have been able to use my digital marketing skills to help my clients promote their properties more effectively. I have created successful social media campaigns that have resulted in increased visibility and interest in the properties we are selling.

However, I don't plan on stopping there. I have recently started studying Real Estate Management so that I can become a licensed Real Estate Broker and Appraiser. I believe that becoming a broker will allow me to take my skills and knowledge to the next level and provide even better service to my clients.
